The Concord Personnel Bylaw was adopted by Town Meeting in October 1972, and became effective on January 1, 1973. It is periodically amended and updated by Town Meeting, with the most recent revision approved at the 2004 Annual Town Meeting. Copies of the Personnel Bylaw are available in the Human Resources Department of the Town House, and the bylaw is available in PDF format here.
