AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF CONCORD TO APPROPRIATE AND PAY ALL OR A PORTION OF THE COST OF HOSPITALIZATION INSURANCE FOR ITS EMPLOYEES
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
SECTION 1. The Town of Concord is hereby authorized to appropriate and pay all or a portion of the cost of group hospitalization insurance for its employees;
SECTION 2. This act shall take full effect upon its acceptance by a majority of the registered voters of the Town of Concord voting thereon at an annual or special town meeting, but not otherwise.
