Board of Appeals Charge
The Board of Appeals consists of three members, appointed for three-year, staggered terms by the Selectmen. They decide, upon appeal, the application of the Town's zoning, subdivision, sign, and building code laws and bylaws. The Board of Appeals is the final local authority on these laws. There are also three associate members who serve on the board when regular members cannot serve.
