Residential Property Valuations for Fiscal 2010
The Concord Board of Assessors has updated property valuations as of January 1, 2009 based on sales that occurred in calendar 2008. The valuations listed here have been approved by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue
The goal of the Board of Assessors is to value properties as equitably and consistently as possible. Please note that the building value column includes outbuildings such as detached garages, sheds, barns, swimming pools and tennis courts, plus extra features such as fireplaces and jacuzzis. Street numbers ending in A, B, X, or Y indicate open vacant land parcels except in the case of condominiums. The values of parcels under statutory farmland and recreational land assessment as well as conservation restrictions have been adjusted to account for these special assessments.
