Mental Health Referral Service: The Town of Concord has a contract with INTERFACE, a free mental health resource and referral Helpline to help children, adults and families become connected with mental health and wellness resources on issues including anxiety, bullying, depression, divorce, eating disorders, grief/loss and other topics.. Call the helpline at 888-244-6843 to consult with a mental health professional about resources and/or receive personalized, matched referrals. The mission of the Concord Health Division is to assess and address the needs of the Concord community, in order to protect and improve the health and quality of life of its residents and work force. This mission is realized through the implementation of disease prevention and health promotion programs, community health and nursing services, public outreach, education and empowerment, as well as promulgation and enforcement of Town and State health regulations.
