Concord's curbside collection program is fee funded. Tax dollars do not support the program. The Town contracts with Waste Management for residential trash & recycling collection. To receive weekly trash and recycling collection, residents can subscribe to the Town's curbside collection program at the Town House, 22 Monument Square, M-F 8:30-4:30 (summer hours may vary), or via mail by mailing in a subscription application.
Subscribers pay two separate fees: a semi-annual subscription fee of $131 and a disposal fee ($1.50 per tag or $39 for a six-month barrel sticker). Trash tags and barrel stickers can be purchased at the Town House and retail establishments. TRASH
Subscribers provide their own barrel(s). Please note there is a 34-gallon size limit for barrels, and a 40 lb. weight limit per barrel / bag. Click Here for trash preparation guidelines.
