​Change of Mailing Address

To request a change in mailing address, you must send a written request to the Utility Billing Clerk.  You can either send an email to jsantella@concordma.gov or download the change of mailing address form and send via mail to Town of Concord P.O. Box 535 Concord, MA 01742.
